Ordering & Shipping

How do I place an order for custom products?

Some products have a "product builder" where it will ask you to include the relevant details. Other products do not and for these you can simply include the details in the order notes.

After a custom order is placed, we send a proof (generally within about 2-3 days) for your approval.

Will I get a proof to review before my product ships?

Yes. If you ordered a custom product we will send you a proof for your review and approval (generally within 2-3 business days). 

What's a proof? A proof is a file that is a preview of what we'll produce if approved. It is your change to review and correct any details prior to production. 

How fast will my order ship (what is the processing time)?

Orders WITHOUT custom products generally ship within 1-2 business days. 

Orders WITH custom products will generally:

- receive a proof within 2-3 business days

- Ship within 1-2 days of customer approval

NOTE: shipping times are separate from processing times!

What shipping options do you offer?

For domestic shipments, we offer:

- USPS first class mail (3-6 days)

- USPS priority mail (2-4 days)

- FedEx/UPS 2-day

- FedEx/UPS Overnight

For International shipments we offer (options vary by destination):

- USPS First Class (6-14 days)

- FedEx/UPS/DHL 2-day

- FedEx/UPS/DHL Overnight

NOTE: Shipping time NOT guaranteed and does NOT include processing time. Orders with custom products requires extra time.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you offer a rush option?

Yes. Add rush processing to your order and you jump to the front of the line!

If applicable, a proof will be generally be sent next business day and the product will generally ship within 1 business day of proof approval.

I need my order by XX/XX/XX, can you do it?

Probably. You might have to pay for rush processing and shipping but in general we can get orders out the door the next day. We've even been known to get orders out the same day if the stars align.

How do I care for my socks?

Proper care will ensure the longest life for your socks. To properly care for your socks follow these instructions:

  • Machine wash warm
  • 85F/30C
  • Dry flat
  • Do NOT use chlorine-based bleach
  • Do NOT iron
  • Do NOT dry-clean
What are the socks made of?

All socks are made from cotton (80%), polyamide (15%), and spandex (5%) for the band.

Where are the socks designed and manufactured?

All of No Cold Feet's socks are designed in Chicago, IL by Maura M

Some of our socks are manufactured in North Carolina but most are manufactured in China. 

Custom labels

Can I make changes to the pre-designed sock labels?

Yes, within reason. If there is a pre-designed label that you like but want to make a small change to the design, we are happy to adjust the design for you and personalize it to your liking. Please reach out to us at

Do you offer 100% custom sock labels?

Yes. If you're looking to create your own custom labels we can help. We've worked with brides & grooms, wedding planners, and businesses to design truly custom designs to match their event or gifting needs.

We can also include taping and folding services too!

Is there anything I can't print on my label?

We will not create labels that include anything racist or discriminatory.
