Refund policy
Return Policy
You have 30 days from the shipment date to return an item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom items, including custom labels, are non-returnable. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We cannot accept returns from any other marketplace (e.g. Amazon, Etsy, etc) or reseller (e.g. Birdy Grey); please contact your original place of purchase for return/refund options.
Return shipping is handled by the customer.
Refunds
Standard Price and Sale Items
Standard price products and sale products are eligible for refunds if they meet the conditions above. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, credited back to your original payment method. In some cases, we may apply a 10% restocking fee but we will discuss that with you prior to your return/refund.
Customized Items
Any items with customization do not qualify for a return/refund. Custom items, including but not limited to custom labels and monogrammed socks are ineligible for returns and refunds.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically take one business week. If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank.

Exchanges
We're happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Email support@nocoldfeet.co to request an exchange, and we’ll provide return instructions if applicable.
Shipping Your Items Back
To initiate a return, email support@nocoldfeet.co for return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless you purchase your own shipping.
For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
