Marketing Assistant Position

No Cold Feet (NCF) is a Groomsman Gifting company located in Chicago, IL. NCF currently focuses on colorful socks with custom labels for groomposals (asking someone to stand as a groomsman), groomsmen thank you gifts, gifts for other important days, and is looking to expand into other areas as well. We're a young company that believes that the little details matter on your big day. 

We are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant who will primarily work from home. This position will work directly with the company founders and will have a high level of autonomy. This individual will be responsible for aiding with a wide vairety of tasks including basic graphic design, online marketing, managing photo shoots, and working directly with the customers. 


  • Creating the proofs for custom orders 
  • Basic photo editing with simple tools for product listings and social media 
  • Market/competition research
  • Develop and execute a plan for Etsy best practices 
  • Reaching out to customers for feedback after purchase
  • Basic social media management
  • Managing photography including 
    • Identifying photos that need to be taken
    • Finding/managing a product photographer in the Chicago area to ensure project completion
  • Website maintenance (adding products, etc)
  • Production/fulfillment (printing and packaging)
  • Affinity for Chipotle
  • 0-4 years marketing, graphic design, or related experience
  • Available for approximately 10 hours per week (flexible schedule)
  • Comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom)
  • Ability to be on-site for training and when a task requires it (mostly work from home)
  • Familiarity with modern web applications a plus (Etsy, shopify, etc)
